Keep your old number

Transferring your number is easy. Here's a quick summary of what you need to do:

1. Contact your old provider and ask for a PAC code
2. Contact T-Mobile on 08454 123123 and give us
   • Your PAC code
   • The name of your old network
   • Your new T-Mobile phone number and the number you want to bring over to us

Your number will be transferred in two working days.

Never be caught out without credit again thanks to our handy reminder service. And if you are out of credit we have great ways to get you talking again.

Top-up reminders

Set up a top-up reminder and we'll give you a friendly nudge when you're low on credit. For example, we'll send you a text when you're down to your last £1 of credit. And if you register your credit or debit card with us when you do get a reminder text, you can even reply with a text in order to top up.

Call me back texts

No credit? No time to top up? No problem. Once your credit has run out, we will give you 5 FREE texts per month. So you can always text your friends and ask them to call you back when you've run out of credit.
